- Do you take magazines?Yes we do. You can mix them with the newspapers.
- Do you recycle glass?Glass is accepted in Residential single stream recycling only at this time.
- Do you recycle electronics?We do not pick up electronics.
- How often is recycling picked up?Commercial recycling is picked up Monday through Friday as often as the customer needs. Residential recycling is picked up every other week on the same day as trash. Calendars are supplied to all of our residential customers marking the days of pickup.
- Can I pay my bill on-line?Yes you can pay online here.
- Do you take credit cards? Is there a fee? Which cards do you accept?We proudly accept Visa, and Master card for your convenience. There is no fee for this service and it only takes a few minutes on the phone.
- What if I have extra garbage or need a special pickup?Extra garbage and special pickup will be taken for a small additional fee. Just call our office the day before trash service to schedule the extras and/or special pickup to be taken. Extras and special pickups will be left unless we receive a phone call granting permission to take them. Please call for scheduling.
- How do we dispose of larger items such as freezers, or refrigerators? Is there any charge?Larger items will be picked up the same as any extras or special pickups. There is an additional cost, so please call to get the cost of a specific item, as the prices vary.
- What are your holiday hours?Residential: If the holiday falls on Monday - Friday, everyone's service will be backed up one day. (Example: Thanksgiving Day, Thursday customers will be picked up on Friday, Friday customers will be picked up Saturday.)
Commercial: Commercial customers will be picked up the day before or the day after depending on their scheduled stops per week, and service needs. - What is your billing cycle?Commercial customers are billed on a monthly basis. Residential customers are billed quarterly.

- The basic price our company charges covers operating costs—labor, supplies, insurance, energy, etc.—plus a profit. The fuel surcharge is needed to pay for the marginal increase in costs due only to the higher cost of diesel fuel and other petroleum based products while oil prices are very unstable.

- How many RecycleBank points can I earn each month or year?Households have the opportunity to earn a maximum of 450 RB points per month of 5,400 points per year.
- How many points will I receive for each pound recycled?The more you recycle, the more you can earn. Each household will receive 2.5 points per pound recycled plus regular earning opportunities from bonuses and promotions.
- How can I use RecycleBank points?The RecycleBank rewards program is fluid and dynamic. RecycleBank is constantly looking for new partners to create an exciting and rich rewards program. - What can I recycle?Acceptable items for recycling are labeled on your RecycleBank container. You can also find this information on our site. If you do not have access to the internet, Customer Care will mail you a printed list of acceptable items for the RecycleBank program.
- What happens if I put items in my container that are not recyclable?Placing items that are not recyclable in your container can negatively affect your RecycleBank account and can jeopardize the program for your neighbors.
