Q | How often is recycling picked up? |

A | Commercial: Recycling is picked up Monday through Friday as often as the customer needs. |
Q | What if I have extra trash, bulky items or need a special pickup? |

A | Please contact our office to schedule for extra trash, bulk items, or special pickup. Additional fees may apply. |
Q | Can I pay my bill online? |

A | Yes, you can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Checking or Savings accounts. There is no additional fee for this service. |
Q | What methods of payment do you accept by phone? |

A | We accept Visa and Mastercard by phone. There is no additional charge to pay by phone. |
Q | What are your office hours? |

A | Office Hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm |
Q | What is your holiday schedule? |

A | We are closed on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. If these fall on Monday-Friday, the day of the holiday and the following days we will run one day behind. |
