Q Do you offer commercial recycling?
A Yes, we offer 95 gallon carts and metal cans for single stream recycling. We also offer cans for cardboard only recycling.
Q Someone is illegally dumping in my container, who do I contact?
A Local Police or Your City's Inspection Office (Wichita's Inspection Office Ph# 316-268-4460)
Q How often is recycling picked up?
A Commercial: Recycling is picked up Monday through Friday as often as the customer needs.
Q What if I have extra trash, bulky items or need a special pickup?
A Please contact our office to schedule for extra trash, bulk items, or special pickup. Additional fees may apply.
Q Can I pay my bill online?
A Yes, you can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Checking or Savings accounts. There is no additional fee for this service.
Q What methods of payment do you accept by phone?
A We accept Visa and Mastercard by phone. There is no additional charge to pay by phone.
Q What are your office hours?
A Office Hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Q What is your holiday schedule?
A We are closed on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. If these fall on Monday-Friday, the day of the holiday and the following days we will run one day behind.
